Fulfilment times- Shipping
We're seeing improvements in shipping times, but many orders are still taking longer than usual to be delivered DUE TO COVID19 AND BREXIT SHIPPING DELAYS. Some of last year's orders are still on their way due to the long order shipping queues during the holiday season.
UNITED KINGDOM- COVID19 & BREXIT. With air travel to the UK being limited due to Covid-19, shipments to the UK are delayed from all our fulfilment centers. We don’t yet know how long the delays will be, but we’re assured by our carriers that packages continue to be delivered with charter flights. Printful have informed us that some orders may take up to 20 days more than the estimated delivery time. We agree... To us this is also crazy and we are battering their door daily to make sure they hear our frustration on behalf of all of our customers! We are also seeking suppliers from the UK and Ireland, to ease the situation and make delivery faster. Please bare with us - we guarantee delivery if you have entered the correct address - we will get it to you!
1. How we create amazing Rock & Road gear:
So we are a start-up that focuses on the T-shirts, Hoodies, Head Gear etc. that we would want to wear. We focus on designs, always speaking to the culture of motors and music. We want to be as true and as transparent as we can be with all of our customers - so please read this carefully before you order.
We use Print on Demand printers who are situated all around the world. Whenever you choose a piece of gear, we send the order to the Print on Demand company (Printful, Printify etc.), who then print to order. This means that as a start up, it works really well and we don't need to carry the risk of stock. Print on Demand also guarantee quality of product and the highest quality printing techniques. They also use tracked delivery service, with very clear delivery times & costs.
2. What you need to know upfront!
As we use Print on Demand, every product is specifically made for you. Individual products are guaranteed in terms of the T-shirt quality and the below printing quality. But please-please-please make sure that you check your size and double check the print that you want. We cannot change/exchange or give refunds if you choose the wrong size, or simply change your mind.
3. Returns & Refunds Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
Sealed Goods: Skull Iron does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Wrong Sizes - At Skull Iron we try our hardest to provide you with the clearest guidelines for sizes. Please take care to order the right size. Because we use a Print on Demand service, each order with our suppliers is paid for individually, therefore we are unable to offer a return, refund or exchange for any items incorrectly ordered by size. We understand that this is not great, so we would like to offer you a 10% discount on any further t-shirt. Then all you have to do is find someone bigger, or smaller to re-gift that amazing tee to… you would be a superstar in their eyes!
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
At Skull Iron, we use a Print on Demand Service, (Printful, Printify or similar) to ensure that we provide the highest quality products, at a low cost. Each product printed is considered a supply of goods that are clearly personalised. See paragraph below.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Skull Iron reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
4. Printful - Skull Iron Print On Demand partner.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
(UK- UP TO 20 DAYS DELAY ON ORDERS DUE TO BREXIT & COVID DELAYS)
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Our fulfilment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
